A fire extinguisher delivered to your door when you sign up — then we come back to inspect it once a year, every year. The membership covers yearly inspection of up to 3 extinguishers per home. Lawn care that keeps your grass healthy through every Charlotte season. Service includes Fertilizer, Pre-emergent, Herbicide, and Fungicide.
The same seasonal lawn-care rhythm as our standard Grass Health Team, but using environmentally-friendlier products throughout — better for pets, kids, pollinators, and downstream waterways. Priced by yard size.
Up to two 2-by-2 pots filled with flowers, refreshed four times a year. Three services live under this category — Bouquet Service (fresh flowers delivered indoors), Planter Service (the outdoor pots), and The Green Thumb Service (curated bulb drops for homeowners who like to plant their own). Yard treatment every three weeks from March through October — the stretch when Charlotte mosquitoes are actually a problem.
Irrigation start-up in late February and full winterization at the start of December — handled automatically. Service calls (irrigation tech on-site for diagnostic & repair) billed at $125 per visit; additional invoice may apply for extra labor or materials.
Maintenance on your AC unit twice a year — drain line flush, electrical and mechanical inspection inside and outside the home, and a full cleaning of the outdoor condensers.

Weekly visits from our pool team — weekly, not biweekly — that keep your water clear, balanced, and swim-ready year-round. Everything below, every visit. Need a one-off cleaning between weekly visits (say, we couldn't reach you one week)? We can arrange that as a paid add-on — quoted per visit.
For salt-chlorinated pools. Once a year we descale and inspect the salt cell so your chlorine generation keeps running efficiently. The visit is annual; the fee is averaged monthly so it doesn't hit as one big yearly bill.
