We're TruHome Experience — a Charlotte, NC home maintenance business. We collect the basic info we need to do work for you (your name, address, phone, email, and home details). We don't sell your data, ever. We share it only with the contractors and tools we need to run your service, and we delete it when you ask us to.

We use a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function (keeping you logged in, etc.). We don't use third-party advertising trackers. If we add analytics later, we'll update this page and tell you how to opt out.

We keep your account information as long as you have an active membership, and for a reasonable period after you cancel (so we can handle warranty questions, accounting, and tax records). When you ask us to delete your account, we will, except where the law requires us to keep certain records (typically up to 7 years for tax purposes).
We use HTTPS everywhere, hashed passwords, and database row-level security policies to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with the care we'd want for our own.
TruHome is not directed to anyone under 18. If you're a parent and believe your child has signed up, email us and we'll delete the account.
If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, for substantial changes, email active members.
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
