How fast can you get to my first visit?: Most members get their first scheduled visit within 5–10 business days of signing up.
Do I need to be home when you come?: Not for exterior services. You'll get a text the day before with the window and again when the crew arrives.
What if I'm not happy with the work?: We come back until you are. That's the whole point of building this on a subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. No contract, no cancellation fee. Cancel from your account dashboard or by email.
