Every TruHome Membership includes the five cornerstones: gutter cleaning, roof inspections with photos, arborist tree assessments, pressure washing, and Handy Man Service for the small stuff. You can add on extras (roof maintenance, dryer vent cleaning, window cleaning, and more) any time.
Cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing hello@truhomeexperience.com. Cancellation kicks in at the end of the current billing period — you keep service through the period you've already paid for, and we won't charge the next month.
We cover greater Charlotte, NC and the nearby South Carolina suburbs — roughly Lancaster, SC up through Concord, NC. Matthews, Ballantyne, Pineville, Huntersville, Indian Land, Fort Mill, and more. If you're on the edge, sign up anyway and we'll confirm before scheduling — or just send us a quick email.
Nope. The vast majority of our visits happen while customers are at work. We just need safe access to your property — gates unlocked, dogs settled, that kind of thing. After every visit you'll get photo updates and a summary in your account.
We reschedule. Weather is the one thing none of us can control. We'll text or email you as soon as we know and get you back on the calendar within the next few days.
Billing runs automatically through Stripe on the same day each month, based on the day you signed up. You'll get a receipt every month, and you can update your payment method anytime from your dashboard.
Tell us within 7 days and we'll come back and make it right at no extra charge. That's our standing guarantee. If something still isn't working, we'll refund you fairly — we'd rather lose a month of service than a customer's trust.
Yes. TruHome is fully licensed and insured, and our crews are background-checked and uniformed. License numbers and insurance certificates are available on request — just email us.
