How we got here
TruHome Experience grew out of TruRoof, a Charlotte-based roofing company built on showing up when we said we would, doing what we promised, and treating every house like the one we'd want our parents living in.
Customers kept saying the same thing after we'd finished the roof: the top of the house was handled, but nobody was looking after the rest. Gutters that filled with Carolina pine straw. Hose bibs that dripped through every summer. Trees nobody had eyes on. The little stuff that becomes the big stuff if you let it sit.
So we built TruHome Experience. One plan. One team you actually know. One bill. The whole house on autopilot, year after year.
